**Job Description**
The Shop Foreman leads the service department to keep vehicles in service by overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair work. This role combines hands-on supervision with strategic planning, using key performance indicators to drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic depot environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and actively work to achieve them, with a strong focus on keeping vehicles in service.
+ Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff to build a high-performing team.
+ Maintain all reporting systems required by leadership and ensure information is accurate and timely.
