Job Description
On behalf of a global leader in metallurgical services and vacuum heat treat machinery, we are seeking a dedicated Shop Foreman to join our Team. This is a permanent, full-time position for a leader who excels in a hands-on environment.
This position balances high-level supervision with technical execution. The ideal candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time on the shop floor and 30% in an office capacity handling clerical and administrative duties.
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
Travel: While primarily based in Burlington, the ability to support international equipment installations is a significant asset.
