**Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong experience in planning, scheduling, and project management. As a Shop Coordinator, you will play a key role in prioritizing and coordinating repair and reconditioning projects, enhancing utilization and throughput alongside Team Leaders and Management.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate the full flow of repair and reconditioning projects to improve utilization and throughput.
+ Create comprehensive job packets for all repair projects, including drawings, quality plans, checklists, scan sheets, and EHS documentation.
+ Perform key tasks in MRP and Lotus Notes systems, such as ordering parts, creating purchase orders for outsourced services, and scheduling freight.
+ Support the Service Center team in achieving baseline measurements, KPIs, and operational targets.
