• Welcome guests and create engaging conversations to understand their needs and preferences
• Deliver a high-quality shopping experience, recommending products and promotions to drive sales
• Achieve individual and team targets (revenue, KPIs, conversion rate, average transaction value)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are always well presented and available
• Support operational tasks such as restocking, inventory management and handling deliveries
• Use POS systems efficiently to ensure accurate transactions and application of promotions
