Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute job documentation; maintain accurate data and records
• Generate fabrication paperwork and assist with payroll data entry
• Review drawings for accuracy and align with Tekla models
• Organize CNC/DXF files and maintain updated material information
• Coordinate with shop staff and project teams to support workflow and resolve issues
• Assist with scheduling, subcontracting, and material coordination
