SummaryOur customer is a manufacturer of wear machined components for the earthmoving, mining, and construction industries. We are recruiting for a hands-on working Finishing & Shipping Supervisor on day shift.
Responsibilities:-Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Embraces an accident/incident-free work environment.-Promotes a positive work environment and leads by example in all aspects of job performance.-Lead, supervise, plan, coach, and train finishing technicians to finish and pack parts to customer specifications, defect-free, on-time to shipment due date, and cost effectively.-Prepares machined products for customers through deburring, grinding, shot-peening, gaging/cleaning threads, and etching/labeling parts.
