Shipping Supervisor

Job Description

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in alignment with business priorities. This role supervises hourly shipping employees, coordinates directly with carriers and brokers, manages shipping-related materials and inventory, and continuously improves shipping processes to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The salary rate for this role is currently $62,100-$75,500 **.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Daily Operations & Issue Resolution**

+ Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues within the shipping function, including order discrepancies, labor constraints, and carrier delays.
+ Ensure shipping activities align with customer shipment deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
+ Prioritize resources appropriately to meet daily and expedited shipment requirements.
