Shipping Senior Executive

The Senior Executive is responsible for managing all government licensing, certification, registration, and renewal activities for company branches while ensuring compliance with Customs and LMW regulations.

The role oversees shipment planning, transportation coordination, container bookings, shipping documentation, and Customs clearance processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The incumbent will work closely with internal departments, transporters, shipping agents, and government authorities to support smooth logistics operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities and Authority

• Frequent government license/certificate application, renewal, registration and maintenance for all branches (including LMW, MPSP, MPPP, Police license, SMK Direct Use – Penang/Kulim, etc.).
