On behalf of our client, a well-established foreign bank, we are looking for a Shipping Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day counter operations and provide high-quality service to both customers and internal departments.
Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Assist in Supervising, authorizing the day-to-day counter operations.
Review, update clients KYC information on a regular basis, and other compliance related work of department.
Check the daily transaction vouchers and deliver them to Financial Department in a timely manner.
Prepare and check relevant reports.
Add, modify and update department policy and procedure accordingly.
Liaise with internal departments, customers and any third parties involved in the client’s transaction.
