Shipping Manager

Ultradent, a global name in oral health, is look for a Global Shipping Manager to be responsible for all global shipping operations, shipping teams, managing HTS codes and import/export compliance.


This important position will also be responsible for the following:
+ Responsible for overseeing the international and domestic shipping of all Ultradent products.
+ Ensure that all international shipments are processed in compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
+ Maintain, train, and manage shipping teams to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. This includes recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff.
+ Lead projects and assesses fulfillment results to improve shipping practices.
+ Manage all shipping departmental expenses related to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
+ Control costs through productivity of personnel.
