Keying of stock data into the accounting system Issue invoices Prepare import & export shipping documents Liaise with shipping agents Other ad hoc job duties assigned Good communication in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to handle queries from Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents in regard to shipping matters) Good working attitude, meticulous & independent The workplace is located in Tuas, and company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT Alternate Saturday off Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably, the entry-level should specialize in logistics/supply chain or equivalent.
