**Job Description**
The Shipping Associate manages all incoming and outgoing merchandise to support efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role prepares and processes shipments, maintains accurate shipping and receiving records, and ensures that all materials move safely and efficiently through the facility. The Shipping Associate uses various shipping systems and warehouse equipment to handle products, including hazardous materials, in a precise and compliant manner.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments according to company procedures and carrier requirements.
+ Receive incoming merchandise, verify contents against documentation, and accurately record all received items.
