Shipping Assistant (Shipping/MFG Ind./Bedok Area)

• Prepare shipping documentations including all documentation related to export activities.
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure on‑time delivery to customers.
• Communicate with forwarders for collection.
• Attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to provide feedback to customers.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Prefer 1‑2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Team‑player who is driven, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well‑organised and meticulous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
