Position is based on a Cruise Ship.

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance to all guests.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked group exercise and workout area.
• Provide a fun, informative, and safe workout that exceeds cruise guest expectations.
• Ensure guests can decide to return to the spa and recommend us to friends and family.
• Perform administrative duties in a complete, organized and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team player.
