As a trustee, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting SHiFT’s mission, ensuring strong leadership, good governance and long‑term sustainability. Trustees are responsible for guiding the charity’s direction, safeguarding its values, and upholding high standards for legal, financial and operational oversight, helping the organisation achieve real impact for the communities it serves.
