Shift Supervisor

**SUMMARY**

**The Shift Supervisor is an operational leader responsible for daily distribution center activities of the assigned distribution and shift. This role ensures associates are properly staffed, trained, and supported to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations. The Shift Supervisor reports into the Site Manager, is responsible for shift workflow management, productivity and workplace safety. This position also functions as back-up to the Site Manager as needed.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Review and prepare shift work assignment documentation, review staffing, and ensure operational readiness.

• Responsible for overall shift workforce planning. Assign duties tasks per shift, adjust staffing, pace, and workflow as needed to maintain balanced operations.
