We are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join a well‑established distribution centre based in Thrapston. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of daily warehouse operations, leading teams across inbound, outbound, returns, and quality processes while driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
