Job Description

What does the job look like?

As the AM Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the centre of our operations, managing day-to-day transport movements and ensuring safe, efficient delivery outcomes across the contract.

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off roster from 5am to 5pm, 12-hour day shift, allowing you to enjoy a strong work-life balance while developing your leadership skills in a high-performing operational environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and controlling daily shift operations to meet production and delivery targets

Managing company and subcontractor fleet to ensure optimal utilisation and performance

Monitoring driver compliance across fatigue, speed, and operational requirements using systems such as FoxTrax

Allocating work and overseeing transport movements to maintain operational efficiency and customer service outcomes
