Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a bright, hardworking and reliable Duty Manager to support the day to day running of the pub.  You will be:

• preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  
• interacting with customers
  
• taking orders 
  
• serving pizzas and drinks
  
• assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
• managing staff
• cashing up
• completing open and closing checks

We are looking for people with:

• previous experience in a fast paced working environment 
  
• passion for customer service and teamwork 
  
• Excellent cellar management with knowledge of how to look after cask beer
  
• personality 
  
• complete competence in running shifts & leading a team

MON-FRI site only. Closed weekends.
