Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities
As a Lead, your primary objective is to design and execute effective multichannel communication campaigns (dialer, email, SMS, chat, and other digital channels) that engage the target audience and achieve campaign goals.
Make sure other C&E agents are productive, and that any efforts needed to start the Domestic shift are completed on time.
Responsible for identifying areas to improve, when to stop efforts, and when to increase efforts.
Responsible for coordinating with management and the team to complete larger projects or delegate efforts
Reports and participates in meetings with other departments.
Take the lead on developing Work Instructions using Scribe or Microsoft Copilot.
Work with production on new reports, decide whether they should be permanent, and automate them when required.
Find ways to make the department more efficient through automation, Campaign Management System development, and AI.
