Working Hours: 40.25 hours / 4 day rolling shift pattern, 4 on 4 off.

Days: 6:00am – 18:00pm / Nights: 18:00pm – 06:00am

Purpose of role

Being 'hands on' supporting the Machine Shop Manager in efficient running of the area, being the first point of contact and helping with communication throughout the Production process to ensure that quality goods are delivered to our customers on time. Leading the team.

Support, develop and promote improvement activities to products and manufacturing processes.

To manage effective handover between shifts using the SQCDP framework.
