**Location:** Andover, MA
**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $23.00/hr

**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **Production/Warehouse Lead** to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity, quality, and attendance standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and support multiple **Temporary Associates**
+ Provide leadership to other Production/Warehouse Leads as needed
+ Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and workflow
+ Manage **timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting**
+ Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance support
+ Communicate attendance or performance concerns with the staffing agency
