Shift Superintendent – Manufacturing

Full-time leadership role in wood products manufacturing responsible for plant performance across safety, production, quality, cost, and team development. Requires strong hands-on leadership in a high-volume production environment.

**Role**

+ Lead daily plant operations across production, maintenance, and quality
+ Drive safety, throughput, yield, downtime, and cost performance
+ Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams
+ Improve efficiency, OEE, and production flow
+ Oversee continuous improvement and process stability
+ Partner with maintenance on equipment reliability and uptime
+ Manage budgets and support cost control initiatives

+ 8–15+ years leadership experience in wood products or heavy manufacturing
