Shift Manager Operations

Location: Mansfield, OH


Cleveland-Cliffs, Mansfield Works operation has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager Operations. The Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of operating employees in the department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, willing to work a rotating schedule, work weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.


Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Maintain supervisory control over work activities of the crew
+ Schedule equipment and manpower
+ Conduct daily/monthly safety meetings
+ Assist in the development, review, and update of JSHA’s (Job Safety and Health Analysis) to eliminate safety hazards
+ Other duties as assigned



Minimum Qualifications:
+ 2-5 years’ prior supervisory experience of industrial/manufacturing experience
+ Ability to lead and motivate employees
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
