We’re on the lookout for an Shift Manager Fibre Line #3 to maximize plant performance by aligning, guiding and co‑ordinating the activities of the team to utilize the skills and experience of each team member to achieve targets in terms of production volumes, quality, uptime, safety, costs and staff development.

Operational Excellence

• Leads a shift‑based team assigned to Fibreline 3 to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
• Plans and optimises plant operations to maximise utilisation of raw materials, energy, and manpower.
• Executes production activities including start‑ups, shutdowns, logs, trends, and operational checks to maintain quality and efficiency.

Process Control & Stability

• Assesses and manages abnormal plant conditions to ensure plant stability and minimise downtime.
• Recommends maintenance, upgrades, and equipment replacements to improve production efficiency and reliability. ...
