Position: Shift Manager
Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours 
Location: Enfield
Shift: Evenings / Monday-Friday

What you’ll do: 
You will lead the depot operations team, with a focus on conducting effective driver pre-briefs and de-briefs. Ensure all driver and operational documentation is accurately completed and maintained. Provide clear communication for drivers and customers via telephone and company IT systems to support operations. 
Key Role Responsibilities: 
Lead and support the team of Operations Controllers, overseeing resource planning and conducting driver pre-briefs and de-briefs. 
Manage transport, courier, and fleet operations efficiently to ensure service standards are met.
