Shift Manager Electrical and Control Maintenance

Location: Middletown, OH

Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Electrical & Control Maintenance at our Middletown Works facility. The Shift Manager Electrical & Control Maintenance will lead a group of Electronic Repairmen and provide troubleshooting support.

Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Supervises the activities of 5-20 Electronic Repairmen, for the purpose of providing preventive and maintenance services in a safe, efficient manner for their area of responsibility.

+ Lead and assist in system troubleshooting and repairs. Work to determine the root cause of all electrical failures and develop/implement solutions to stop recurrence.

+ Provide troubleshooting support to electrical technicians after normal working hours when needed.

+ Maintain and improve electrical documentation.

+ Develop long and short-term plans for equipment improvements.
