Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Shift Leader to join our Filling department at Müller. In this role, you’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional results while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement. You’ll play a key part in achieving our strategic goals through strong leadership and a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead your shift to meet Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People standards.

Ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer audits.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion root cause analysis.

Manage performance proactively, including Performance Improvement Plans.

Communicate effectively via cascade briefs and connect sessions.
