NADC Burger is looking for the next Shift Lead to provide support to our teams. This is a non-exempt supervisory position.
Shift Lead functions include assisting with inventory control, beverage, and food waste control. Additional duties include training team members, food safety and organizing the shift during slow and busy periods. This position is responsible for working with leadership for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff.
