Job Description

*Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's Amazing customer service experience. 

*Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by remaining calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush. 

*Demonstrate punctuality, dependability and adaptability.

*Assist the Store Manager with training new team members. 

*Serve as a key holder, opening or closing store. 

*Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner. 

*Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales.
