Job Description
McCain Foods (NZ) Limited in Timaru is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support day-to-day production operations and act as 2IC to the Shift Manager. This hands-on role focuses on guiding the team, improving performance, and leading the shift when required to ensure smooth daily output.
The successful candidate will lead on safety, quality, and productivity, engage with the production team, and use SAP and other systems to capture activity and drive continuous improvement on the line.
