Job Title: Shift Engineer Property Management Job Summary: The Shift Engineer is responsible for managing and monitoring all technical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of building systems, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to safety and maintenance standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Technical Operations & Maintenance Operate and monitor MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, Lifts, STP/WTP, Fire systems, and Plumbing Ensure all equipment runs as per manufacturer guidelines and SOPs Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities Maintain logbooks, checklists, and equipment records 2. Breakdown & Troubleshooting Attend to equipment breakdowns and technical faults during the shift Identify root causes and carry out immediate corrective actions Escalate major issues to senior management/vendor teams Ensure minimum downtime of all critical systems 3.
