•Have PVD/CVD equipment experience and technology were better.
•Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
•Abnormal case analysis and improvement.
•Equipment stability and capability improve.
•Support equipment related projects going and manage.
•Support new equipment installation, materials introduce.
