Job Title: Shift Engineer–Electrical and Mechanical

Reports to Facilities&Engineering Manager. This role requires a proactive maintenance engineer to ensure machinery, plant, equipment and site infrastructure are safe, compliant and operating at high performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant, machinery and equipment to ensure 100% availability while meeting production demands.
• Control daily maintenance activities and machine set‑ups, including troubleshooting breakdowns and performing preventive maintenance.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and records within the electronic asset management system.
• Execute work to the highest standards in a clean, orderly manner across the site.
• Develop knowledge of primary packaging equipment and processes, and support manufacturing schedules in collaboration with other departments.
