Shift Electrical

The Shift Electrical Technician/Team Member is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, control, power distribution, and instrumentation systems supporting the glass coating line to ensure safe, stable, and low-downtime operations.

This role works on a shift basis to ensure continuous equipment and utility availability for the coating process (e.g., conveyor/roller drives, vacuum system support, ovens/heaters, power distribution, control panels, process interlocks, and safety systems) while maintaining full compliance with EHS, quality, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PM and breakdown maintenance on panels, MCCs, VFD/soft starters, motors, sensors, and coating line equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyor drives, gear motors, PLC I/O (Siemens basic), interlocks, temperature controllers (RTD/TC), and pneumatic-electrical systems.
