Job Description
监督库存和供应品，确保及时订购补充品。应将缺货的情况立即汇报给上级领导。根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品；
确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求；
确保根据要求完成每日收货记录；
退还不符合验收标准的货品；
尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域，减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等；
保存酒店所有收货物品及退还货品的相关凭单；
进行市场调查；
检查已收货物的质量；
根据需要联系仓库搬运工或管事部员工清洁收货通道，以确保收货台的清洁；
熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容，包括保存好产品目录，样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料；
履行其他规定的职责。
