市场传媒协调员 Marketing & Communication Coordinator

1. 协助制定并执行市场传播计划，统筹线上线下媒体资源，支持品牌推广与活动落地；
2. 负责企业官方宣传渠道（含官网、微信公众号、视频号等）的内容策划、编辑与日常运营；
3. 撰写宣传文案、社交媒体推文等传播材料，确保信息准确、风格统一、符合品牌形象；
4. 协调内外部合作方（如媒体、广告公司、KOL等），跟进项目进度与效果评估；
5. 监测舆情动态与行业传播趋势，定期输出传播效果分析报告，为策略优化提供数据支持。

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、广告学、中文或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上市场传播、品牌推广或新媒体运营相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉主流传播平台运营规则与内容生态，具备扎实的文字功底及视觉审美能力；
4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、项目管理能力及多任务并行处理能力；
5. 熟练使用Office办公软件，掌握基础图片/视频编辑工具者优先；
6. 遵守国家法律法规，尊重多元背景，无民族、性别、宗教信仰等歧视性要求。
