**About the Role**
We are seeking a hands-on Sheet Metal Technician to join a small, collaborative shop building custom food trucks from start to finish. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components, commercial kitchen equipment, and basic plumbing and propane systems. This position requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the build process.

Fabricate and assemble custom sheet metal components based on blueprints and drawings
Cut, bend, rivet, and shape metal using manual tools such as shears, brakes, and plasma cutters
Install panels, structures, and components onto custom truck builds
