Actio Recruitment are supporting a well‑established fabrications business who are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their high‑precision fabrication team.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of complex sheet‑metal parts
• Working from engineering drawings and technical specs
• Using specialist materials
• Thin‑gauge work
• Riveting, sealing and assembling machined/fabricated components
• Inspection, documentation and working to tight tolerances
• Identifying defects and supporting continuous improvement
• Maintaining a clean, safe, 5S‑driven workspace

What You’ll Need

• Strong sheet‑metal background
• Confident with hand tools for cutting, bending and shaping
• Skilled in forming metal
• Able to read drawings
• Quality‑focused
