Sheet Metal Equipment Maintenance

PT. Jaya Refrigeration Equipment is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Equipment Maintenance to support our sheet metal manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, repair activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure stable production, optimal equipment performance, and workplace safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of sheet metal manufacturing equipment.
• Familiar with the structure, operation, and maintenance of laser cutting machines, CNC press brakes, punching machines, and other CNC sheet metal equipment.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot servo systems, CNC controllers, pneumatic systems, and electrical faults.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processing consumables, including laser lenses, cutting gases, and bending dies.
