As the Site SHE professional, you will be at the heart of operations, driving a zero‑incident culture and making a visible impact on the safety, health, and security of people and the environment. This role combines hands‑on shop‑floor presence with strategic influence, partnering closely with site leadership, production teams, and projects. You’ll have real authority, autonomy, and exposure to plant management while shaping how SHE is lived every day on site.
