Job Description

We have an exciting role for a SHE Manager at Amandelbult Mine. The role is responsible for the overall management of Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environment, including SHE risk, by managing, integrating and supporting the implementation of SHE policies, management plans and standards at operational level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety, Health, Hygiene, Environment and permitting teams at Site(s) to deliver on the company SHE strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement through effective communication, coaching, mentoring and forming collaborative relationships with team members.
• Facilitate and manage the implementation and/or improvement of SHE systems ensuring that they are adapted to the business environment.
• Responsible for the general management of the SHE function including budget preparation, cost control, staff capability and performance assessmen...
