Role OverviewThis role is responsible for the engineering and operational support of a cloud-only SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. The position focuses on administration, automation, governance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services, including AI-enabled tools like Copilot.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 3 operational support for SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Troubleshoot site collections, permissions, access, authentication, content management, and client-side issues.
Execute PowerShell-driven workflows for bulk operations, site provisioning, and service improvements.
Monitor service health, storage usage, sharing policies, and operational performance across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
