We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to lead the migration of an on-premises SharePoint environment (2016/2019) to SharePoint Online within a shared central tenancy. You will drive the end-to-end migration while ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption, and alignment with Microsoft 365 best practice.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the migration strategy using tools such as ShareGate.
• Conduct pre-migration assessments, identify risks, and rationalise information architecture.
