The Role

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Shared Services at the Bega Group. As the Shared Services Strategy and Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in defining, embedding and uplifting strategy across the function. You will partner with Finance, IT, operational teams and external implementation partners to drive process excellence, automation, capability development and performance outcomes.
