Shared Lives Officer - Grade 9 - Full time/Permanent position - East Lancashire / base Venice Avenue in Burnley

An opportunity has arisen for a grade 9 officer post to join the Lancashire CQC registered shared lives service, a unique type of care model for adults who predominantly have a learning disability/difficulty or other vulnerability. Unlike other schemes, people move into a family home with their carer, sharing their family life. The service is rated as Outstanding with CQC.

The job role will involve managing part of the team responsible for the monitoring of placements, ensuring individuals in the scheme are well supported and that carers are providing effective care meeting CQC requirements.
