Shaft Foreman

Minimum Qualifications

• Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate.
• NQF 3 or relevant qualification

Requirements

• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• MV Competent (Applicable to Electrical Supervisor)
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Shaft and Construction Timberman or related role. (Foreman law and technical ability)
• Production Supervisor Certificate or Relevant Foreman Certificate – if a current internal employee does not have the foreman certificate, they need to obtain the qualification within 24 months of being promoted or they will be demoted back to their artisan/previous position
• Blasting / Rock Breaking Certificate
• Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate.
• NQF 3 or relevant qualification
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
