Setter And Team Leader

Do you have experience in setting various production machinery?

Are you looking for a step up into more of a Team Lead role?

Can you complete shift hours - 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday?

As customer demand increases there will be an expectation to run your line on 2 and 3 shifts, so the hours will fluctuate to reflect this and will then include nights - 10pm - 6am.

This is a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent after 3 months training.

Responsibilities

• Set/run/maintain and changeover high output machines in line with production targets
• Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to
• Ensure machines are kept in a good safe working condition
• Ensure that the machines run to the required standards of quality and output
• Ensure all documentation is in order and completed
