Set Up Technician

**Job Title: Set-Up Technician (Injection Mold)**

**Shift- Can pay up to $40/hr!!**

**6am-6pm on a rotating schedule**

**OR**

**6pm-6am on a rotating schedule**

**Responsibilities**

+ Start up, operate, and perform TPM-level maintenance on injection molding, assembly, and auxiliary equipment according to company and customer specifications.
+ Support and understand the responsibilities of operator level 1 and level 2 roles to ensure smooth production operations.
+ Conduct thorough visual inspections of products per production specifications to identify and address defects.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following 5S standards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
+ Load validated master cycle parameters into injection molding machines at each startup to ensure consistent processing conditions.
