Services Senior Team leader - Resource Management

As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction, scheduling, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for installation and service activities in areas of compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi-stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo-expanders and other turbomachineryevents.

As a Lead Resource Manager, you willbe responsible for:

Promoting excellence in safe working environment, Quality and ensures compliance with applicable EHS & Quality policies and procedures.

Managing FSE team, developing both technical and managerial skills through training path to achieve certification target and coaching session and ensure FSEs priorities are aligned with the company strategy

Cooperating on a day-by-day practice with regional Planning / Resources Management structure to cross-fulfil customer requirement, regional Finance teams and maximizeutilizationof ...
